The 5S concept is strictly implemented in daily operations, with incoming materials to shipments passing through multiple processes. A strict quality management system is adopted to control the entire production process, thus ensuring quality at every assembly stage.
Headquartered in Futian, Shenzhen, China, Kurt has set up production lines respectively in Baoan and Dongguan factory. Our factory have passed IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 quality management system certification, and have several SMD, DIP insertion, post-soldering, testing, coating and assembly production lines, equipped with high-end equipments such as brand-new imported Fuji, Samsung high-speed SMD machines, automatic solder paste printers, ten-temperature-zone reflow ovens, wave soldering and other equipment, as well as AOI, XRAY, SPI, ICT, automatic depaneling machines, BGA rework stations etc. The complete peripheral auxiliary equipment and various automated processes can ensure the integrity of product quality. All products are subject to strict quality control testing equipment, through multiple "testing process" to ensure that all products meet IPC-A-600 & IPC-A-610 electronic acceptance standards, so that the quality of all products, production technology are in line with international standards and customer requirements.
